Boeken Verhuurmakelaar
Het arbeidsmarktperspectief van een Verhuurder is sterk afhankelijk van de woningmarkt. Als er tijden zijn waarin het slecht gaat met de economie zullen mensen eerder geneigd zijn om een huis te huren dan om een huis te kopen en zal de vraag naar huurwoningen stijgen. Gaat het juist goed met de economie dan zullen er meer mensen zijn die een huis kopen en zal er dus minder vraag zijn naar huurwoningen. Er is dus niet echt met zekerheid te zeggen wat het arbeidsmarktperspectief van een Verhuurder is, maar over het algemeen zal dat gemiddeld zijn. De doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn erg beperkt, dit komt omdat je geen echte opleiding hebt. Wil je dus ergens anders aan de slag dan zal je altijd een extra opleiding moeten volgen. Eventueel zou je wel binnen een woningbouwcorporatie kunnen doorstromen naar een hogere functie.
