Boeken Neurochirurg
Het aantal opleidingsplaatsen voor Neurochirurgen is afgestemd op de vraag naar nieuwe chirurgen. Op het moment zijn er echter te weinig opleidingsplaatsen; er zijn slechts enkele plaatsen per jaar. Voor een afgestudeerd Neurochirurg zijn er daarom voldoende banen te vinden.
Je kunt je verder specialiseren; je zou je bijvoorbeeld verder kunnen verdiepen in kinderneurochirurgie of neurotraumatologie of je zou je kunnen richten op een bepaalde behandeling/ingreep. Daarnaast is er ook de mogelijkheid op extra taken op je te nemen, bijvoorbeeld managementtaken of bestuurstaken of kun je een directiefunctie op je nemen. Hoewel de meeste Neurochirurgen in dienstverband werken is er een mogelijkheid om een privékliniek te openen.
