"Honesty is the best policy"

"I work at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, it is founded in UK and is now know world wide. It's what you would call a high-end street store, as it just a little more than Zara and you could compare it to the store River Island, that just let The Netherlands a couple of months ago due to Brexit. Now mind you TOPSHOP is mainly about their people, they have been really flexible when I had my baby with my work hours, helped me grow into a better visual as they have different aspects for detail. Besides paying full travel cost (which for me is quite costly as i live pretty far from the store), but have previously made a very poor business decision by joining Hudson Bay and sharing a building. That had led to TWO stores closing in the Netherlands with just Amsterdam staying open. There was not much consideration for the people that worked hard from the start, or even the people that have worked there for almost two years, which includes myself. I am now going to left without a job starting January, when every one knows that is that hardest month to find a job. As i know there would be nothing for them to do about Hudson Bay leaving the Netherlands, they should have seen it coming and would have been able to prevent a lot of people going on to benefits including myself with a 8 month year old. I wouldnt say that i was getting payed a lot, but enough to keep my going. I can say i have met a lot of nice and lovely people who have made this journey easy and yet when it is coming to the end making it really hard. I hope this gives a slight insight op TOPSHOP TOPMAN"
