Boeken Paleontoloog
Het arbeidsmarktperspectief voor een paleontoloog hangt af van het aantal musea en instellingen die op zoek zijn naar paleontologen die bij hen willen gaan werken (en daarmee dus van de werkgelegenheid). Dit kan per periode verschillen.
Omdat paleontoloog een vrij precies beroep is, waarin de paleontoloog echt kennis heeft van één onderwerp en zich hierop richt, en de paleontoloog hierin al aan de top van de kennis zit, zijn er in het vak zelf weinig doorgroeimogelijkheden.
