Boeken Steward
Het is moeilijk om aan een baan te komen als Steward. Er zijn meer dan genoeg vliegmaatschappijen en dus ook heel veel banen, maar het is ook een zeer populaire functie. Uiteindelijk betekent dat dat het aanbod van afgestudeerden groter is dan de vraag naar Stewards. Alleen als je echt goed bent en je weet te onderscheiden van anderen kom je op een dergelijke functie terecht.
Als je eenmaal als Steward aan het werk bent heb je wel groeimogelijkheden. Je kunt doorgroeien naar purser of naar de hoogste in rang op het vliegtuig. Daarna kun je er eventueel voor kiezen om een managementfunctie buiten het vliegtuig te bekleden.
